We have processes in place to safely assess, test and manage people who may have the virus and to keep our staff, patients and visitors safe.

 

• Bring your mask

Wearing a mask is required for everyone aged 8 and above for the duration of appointment, unless an exception applies, or you have a lawful reason not to do so.

• If you are feeling unwell

Please do not attend the clinic if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, in isolation as a result of a COVID-19 diagnosis or awaiting COVID-19 test results, or are in quarantine as advised by the Department of Health. Please contact us on (03) 9909 7540 at least 2 hours prior your appointment so then we can rearrange new appointment or telephone consultation may be offered.
