*The issuing of such document remains entirely at the discretion of the Medical Practitioner.

Please note

Some online requests will be declined and you will be offered a consultation, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of the Doctor.

This service is available if you meet the following criteria without a formal consultation

You must have been seen by Dr. Maclay within the last 12 months.
Your medication has previously been prescribed by Dr. Maclay and it is not a restricted medication.
Your require a medical certificate for LESS THAN 48 hours.
