Medicare card holders, and overseas students covered by BUPA, AHM, Medibank and Allianz are also covered.

This is the result of changes in the coverage provided by the above mentioned insurers.
We are proud we have been able to offer a bulk billed telephone service up until this time in order to assist with the uncertainties of the pandemic.
Other recent changes mean that to qualify for insurance cover for your telephone consultation you must be an active patient of our clinic (this means you have have had a face to face consultation in the last 12 months). However this rule does not apply if the patient is a child under 12 months, a person with COVID 19 or in quarantine, a person who needs pregnancy counselling of assessment for sexually transmitted disease.
